Sales Executive
Engage with prospective property buyers, walk them through our portfolio of premium developments, and guide them through site visits and the full buying journey.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective property buyers
- Provide clients with detailed property information and conduct site visits
- Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay current with market trends, pricing movements, and competitor offerings
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence conducting in-person site visits and client meetings
- Driving licence and willingness to travel within NCR
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Gurugram’s real estate market
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
