Sales Executive

Department Sales Location Gurugram Type Full-time Experience 0 to 3 years

Engage with prospective property buyers, walk them through our portfolio of premium developments, and guide them through site visits and the full buying journey.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach prospective property buyers
  • Provide clients with detailed property information and conduct site visits
  • Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Stay current with market trends, pricing movements, and competitor offerings

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence conducting in-person site visits and client meetings
  • Driving licence and willingness to travel within NCR

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Gurugram’s real estate market
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

Telecaller

Department Lead Generation Location Gurugram Type Full-time Experience 0 to 2 years

First voice of the brand on the phone. Make outbound calls, qualify interest, pitch our developments, and book site visits for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads from our internal database
  • Pitch the projects and services offered by Earth & Elevation
  • Schedule site visits and follow up with clients regularly
  • Update client information and call status in the CRM
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team for smooth lead handover

Requirements

  • 12th pass or graduate
  • 0 to 2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Persuasive, articulate speaking style
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, email, spreadsheets)

  • Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or real estate lead generation

Sales Executive — Senior Level

  • Comfort handling P&L conversations and high-value clients
